Start Smiles Strong
Child Smile is a Dental Clinic exclusively treating kids and teens. Their paediatric dental specialists are dedicated towards giving your child a strong head start on their dental health journey. With 60 years of combined clinical experience, we look after your child's oral care from birth all the way through adolescence.
Leading the team is Dr Terry Teo, who came to us with a goal - to get the Child Smile website up and noticed online. He was very involved in building the brand, from picking the color palette to curating the website copy.
As we co-created the website, it was clear that we needed to have Dr Terry's passion for his work and the patients he served to shine through. From the illustrations to the flow of the website, Child Smile is indeed the brainchild of Dr Terry, and will bring smiles to children across the island.
Brand Colors and Guide
We recognize that it is important for a company's brand image to reflect the personality behind it. During our first meeting with Dr Terry, he was clear about colors that he disliked, and the image he wanted Child Smile to have, and we worked it into the brand palette, which would form the foundation of his website.
Website Design & Creation
Crafting a website for Child Smile was key to establishing a brand presence for Dr Terry's new company online. We started with an in-person meeting to understand his objectives and his personality, what colors he liked and disliked, and the tone of voice for the website's copy. It was undoubtedly a fun one for us, with each section conversational and approachable, much like how Child Smile serves it's little clients. Clinic Opening
Child Smile opened its doors to serve it's clients in July 2024, with it's online presence already receiving calls even before doors to the clinic were open. We are excited to see where they go as they continue to empower children across the island to smile stronger and brighter!

Starting up a brand new clinic was a momentous challenge, and I understood that in order to have an early shot at success, my clinic’s online interface with the world had to be perfect.
